I loved listening to Rick Steves paint a very real, endearing picture of 'Iranian life'.
I smiled as Steves retold the story of a typical traffic jam in Iran, and how there are no traffic lights but the people manage to get around without them. I loved hearing him explain how Iranians treat and see foreigners as 'gifts from God'...and then he explained that during the traffic jam an Iranian driver noticed that a foreigner was sitting in another car and rolled down the window and handed the foreigner a bouquet of flowers and said 'sorry about the traffic'. Wow...that was really precious.
I also laughed when Steves explained that the language of Iran is often misinterpreted by Westerners...(example, the driver of the taxi yelled 'Death to Traffic'...to Iranians the phrase 'Death to"is when one is disgusted about something and wants it to end.
I would love to see this video on the front page of Daily Paul.
Jesus is the saviour of the WHOLE WORLD, "As in Adam all die, so too in Christ ALL shall be made alive." (ICor.15:22) All means all. The pagan 'hell' of literal fire & eternal torment is a lie and is SPIRITUAL TERRORISM. http://www.hopebeyondhell.net
