the YouTube stats don't prove anything. All the referrals are on the same date (January 4). They are not specific regarding time. Assuming they are listed alphabetically in chronological order, the first "significant discovery event" involves five referrals from Twitter (whose account we don't know). The referral from Huntsman's site comes after. It is possible that Huntsman's campaign blog linked to the video at some point on that day, but I can't find it there now.
I still believe this is a false flag or prank video, for all the reasons outlined in my other forum topic. And it is extremely irresponsible for the media to attribute this video to Ron Paul supporters or the Paul campaign without any effort made to investigate the matter. Skepticism is called for but nowhere to be found.
