I was very encouraged by South Carolina. RP got 3% there the last time around. He got 13% there this time. That's an increase of over 400%. That's in a state where he didn't campaign that hard and never expected to win. Gingrich slowing up Romney's momentum was also a good thing, especially since Gingrich won by so much. It shows Romney's weakness and Gingrich is NOT going to make it to the finish line. All in all, South Carolina could not have gone better for Ron Paul.
P.S. Don't be too disappointed if the results are similar in Florida. These are establishment, neo-con states in the Republican primary. You're going to see Ron win some states after Florida. Then, as the old saying goes, "the rules change."
