+1.... Interesting point.... I never looked at it that way but you are right. If private citizens of one country want to sell their land to a government of another country that's their right because it's their property.

Thanks for pointing that out. If all the private landowners in one state got together and wanted to sell all their property to the Chinese government they have every right to do so.
