Suggestion: keep empty marching space between pairs of veterans

Hi Adam -

About the formation, here's an idea that I posted before:

Perhaps it would send a powerful message if empty marching space were kept between two veterans. Every single one of these spaces would represent one veteran who has died under the reign of the current regime.
One of the pair of veterans could wear the first name, the other, walking beside him on the other side of the empty space, the surname of the fallen US hero. Kind of like the respect resembled by an empty chair at a dinner table.

Another DP'er suggested that they could hold a sign between them. My answer:

On the sign it might say:

"[Rank/first name/surname] Could have marched here.." (like a grim allusion to advertising, because these WoT, unconstitutional wars are being advertised by the state).
