Great observations you wrote. I've only seen the highlights, but I'll take your advice and watch it in its entirety.
In a prior debate Dr. Paul was speaking about the Schiavo case and with his matter-of-fact-authority he calmly and directly counseled Americans about death- it will come, no dispute escalation because it's a family matter, talk with each other, be ready. Next question please. People of all cultures appreciate and connect with straight talk. So I agree, it seems that for many the distance from Candidate Paul to President Paul is actively narrowing.
In the highlights I saw Candidate Paul pause for applause to his common-sense and forthright statements, avail himself of extra time, look directly at the audience and say “ I will cut $1 trillion in the first year”, and smile often.
And then there's was this: “Americans aren't looking for a Muslim under the bed”.
