I have read the first, going to pick up the recent one. I see the first one as pre reading because it goes in depth about who the founders were, and what they went through in their lives, and basically sets the stage for how they came together to write the constitution in his recent book. You hear people putting down our foudners(not Paul supporters tho) and his prior book really puts those type of people in their places. Either way, both make for a great read, and a good history lesson that you will not learn in any public school.
