What I use most often
is that he can pull the disenchanted Democrats, the anti-war vote, and more Indys and 3rd Party voters, along with most of the Republicans. He's a uniter.
That's what wins.
Mathematically, there are fewer registered Republicans than Democrats. So a successful Republican MUST pull enough Democrat voters to cross-over, in order to win. He cannot win with the Republican vote alone.
