I don't know how it was in
I don't know how it was in Iowa, but in Minnesota before the caucus I was contacted via email by the state campaign director asking me to fill out a vote tally sheet and approved delegate sheet for my precinct and enter the results into a website they linked to. They probably got my name from a current donor list.
At my precinct caucus the officials allowed videos to be taken of the process and the secretary let me take photos of his tally and delegate sheets. When I got home, I typed them into the website they linked to.
I don't know if other state campaign offices do this, but it was slick. I would think this would be a central strategy for all RP state campaign offices. So contact the RP campaign before you vote and ask them if they don't contact you before you go.
