The Vice Chairman of Precinct 116 takes the mic and explains that one of the delegates who the establishment was trying to reject was indeed approved at the precinct level at a meeting he chaired.
This suggests that the establishment's reasons for barring that individual are bogus, and if that is the case, the same is probably true for others too.
Note that the Precinct 116 chairman is a Romney supporter, so he doesn't really have a motive to lie about that.
