this is a total SCAM, the email was sent via bluehornet.com email servers. i googled it and other phishing scams in the past have utilized bluehornet mail server.

i didn't notice the url being ronpaul-2012.org which just redirects to ronpaul2012 quickly (so you don't even notice).
