Corn is crap because most of it is GMO and sprayed with chemicals. Same for wheat, and wheat is in EVERYthing. Also, much of it is "enriched" (impoverished by removing essential oils and other good ingredients to extend shelf life = GREED). Milk is crap because most of what you are buying is not milk, as it is homogenized (microscopic fat particles go right into your blood stream instead of being treated as food), and pasteurized ("cooked", so beneficial organisms etc do not help in your digestion, and the milk is not processed properly). Many of our issues are tied in to what we do to these food items, not the food items themselves in an unadulterated state.
