Theres a difference between
Theres a difference between not caring and caring but not believing the federal government can or should solve it with laws. I think Ron Paul cares about the unemployment rate. My understanding is that he sees its high rate, expanse, and extended duration as a symptom of long term ills like federal meddling and weak FED currency, among other things. Using his position as President, I'm sure Ron Paul would push for all the removal of these ills as he could get and urge all of us to vote in reinforcements in Congress.
