...showing here. I would say the most difficult task at hand is to get people to vote. We haven't held a presidential primary since 1992. I can go so far to say that many have no idea what a primary is let alone being able to vote in one...lol.
We also used to be a "winner takes all delegates" but now most delegates are district proportional. Each district gives 3 delegate seats based on whoever wins the majority vote there. The state majority candidate will gain an extra 10 bound delegates. 3 delegate seats will be unbound but automatically assigned (without election) to the national convention.
The other news in Cali is the second place candidate in the primary will be on the General election ballot regardless what happens at the convention.
