Comment: The fact is...
The fact is...
We are trading off public government lands towards our debt. Where I am at now all the mining claims can be had by a non citizen with no restrictions dating back to the mining laws of the 1800's. Citizens must show an assestment value of 2000,00 dollars a year. Non citizens only have to prove 200.00 worth of assestment a year. Our government is putting it up as collateral towards our debt without us knowing. Sorry I didn't get back to you Lao,I have been working on a PC issue that plagues me,lol.
