Gingrich will certainly fail to have pluralities in 5 delegations. He has only SC and GA now and no good prospects going forward.
Santorum "won" IA, MN, CO, MO, ND, TN, OK, KS, AL, MS, and will win LA. But Paul or Romney will likely take a plurality of delegates in IA, MN, and CO, and may take a plurality in LA since there is a caucus next month. Plus Romney took more delegates in MS despite losing the statewide primary. So Santorum may have only ND, TN, OK, KS, and AL. And if Gingrich drops out and his delegates may endorse Romney in TN, OK, and AL, Santorum will have pluralities in only ND and KS.
Ron's best hope to qualify is based on IA, MN, ME, WA, and one of MO and CO.
