Is there a number or email to call when experiencing problems with the program? This is what happened: On the phone from home program, a person answered and it wasn't the person it was supposed to be. He said we had a wrong number. I thanked him for his time and I clicked "wrong #" and didn't get another screen to "call finish" or "continue" but the computer kept saying to select continue or take a break and there was no option to click on anything. All I could do was hand up. What should I have done?
