Newt and Santorum are open about deal making while Romney does it covertly backing all sides and backstabbing all sides as well. So stay away from Romney.

In this case, Santorum is open in forming the alliance in WA. In other cases, Newt has been open as well. Unlike Romney who won't admit to any deal, Newt openly told CNN that if he won the nomination, he would offer Paul a cabinet position.
