"I just expressed some sympathy for your cause"

Thanks, but I don't really consider "my cause."

I consider it the cause of the 3000+ that died that day (one of them being a family friend), the 10's of thousands of soldiers that have either been killed or maimed, and the 100's of thousands who have died as a result of 9/11.
I also consider the cause of those who care to preserve the principles of freedom this country was founded upon, and those who are concerned about the ever encroaching police state.

Look, I wasn't trying to attack you, or convert you. I also "rarely" get into these pissing matches on the DP anymore, as I see it as a waste of time. If I came across that way then I apologize.

I just think it is interesting that "they" (whoever they are) can add an "er" onto the end of certain words to either categorize, marginalize and or divide certain groups of people, and we tend to perpetuate it.
("truther, birther, tenther" etc..)

You believe what ever you want. We all have to live with the consequences of our decisions. What I gave to you in the main body of my post was fact, not fiction. What I offered at the end, was speculation based on my research. Once again, you are free to think what you want. I couldn't care less if you agree or not.

I was simply trying to get you to see it from a different perspective, not "convert" you. I've engaged in enough of these discussions to know better.
