Comment: I'm 45 and had a free stroke scan at work.

They showed me a small section plaque build up in my artery. The doctor looked at me and said if I don't quit, that build up will eventually grow and restrict the blood flow to my brain causing me to possibly have a stroke. I quit the next week and have been smoke free for almost three years now. I feel a lot better and I don't get tired as fast. One of the best things I have ever accomplished.
