[Gentleman from Missouri rises to speak before the US House of Representatives about four wayward planes...

Speaker of the House: Gentleman from Missouri. You have 2 minutes.

Gentleman from Missouri: [Shuffle to podium; remove riverboat pilot cap] Them four wayward airplane are innocent! Didn't do the deed. They're still flying.

[Murmur spreeds across the House Chamber]

Why? Twas fake.

[Murmur excalates]

Why do I call it fake? ... Because it was fake... Still is.
But, I guess it depends on your definition of what "is" is.

Speaker: [Pound gavel.] The gentleman is out of order! ... Please step away from the mic... Your time is over... We will take a short recess. [Pound gavel. Twirl & leave post haste.]
