Thoughts are an area that science hasn't studied enough in my own opinion. I've seen the water-thought study, which I believe was either done by Harvard or Yale, regarding positive thoughts and negative thoughts both having an effect on the molecular structure of water. In the least, thoughts heavily influence behavior and human action, so this is one area I will always need to improve on for motivation, but do put an effort into.
Thank you for your response, you're not the only one "sending" that positive energy out, although difficult at times.
