I'm in a heavily Republican township outside Philadelphia

And in the middle of the morning rush there was only one voter arriving every 10 minutes. This in a township with 7800 people. Turnout in 1996, 2000, and 2008 was in the 650-800,000 range. This looks to be significantly lower.
