is changing dramatically. I have a state rep that talks about nullification of the NDAA, and he uses the term "State's prerogative" when it comes to things like abortion, medical marijuana, and gay marriage. This area must be ahead of the curve because he was elected in 2010, and just defeated an establishment primary challenge.
