Oh geez...now we are building
Oh geez...now we are building up a month long alibi?
While the article went too far with him not likely to be ableto hit 20%, it IS very unlikely that he will win.
And just because you don't like the answer, does not mean you can claim that SCIENCE and mathematics is invalid. 2 + 2 =4 even if you were prefer it to equal 5. Statistics is valid. And those polls are accurate to within 4 or 5% margin of error, meaning that there is a 95% confidence level that the poll is correct within that margin of error. And by the way...polls now call cell phones so your notion that only people who still have landlines are polled in wrong.
As for the comparison to Virginia...there is no comparison. Most of Ron Paul's votes were from Santourm and Gingrich supporters who didn't see Ron Paul as a threat and wanted to prevent Romney from getting momentum to help their candidates. But now that their candidates are out of the race, they are not going to bother going out to vote at all. And some will go and vote for Romney asthe frontrunner...just like in Pennsylvania where Romney picked up HALF of Santorum's voters based on the polls.
