like the current Chair stepped down and they voted for a new chair. I would assume he takes over as of yesterday those duties so he should have a vote in Tampa.

***The Key question is finding out about this so called expert "Comney"*** If its true that the RP Delegates had control of the floor they should have fought for more delegates instead of this deal that took place. It seems that people were mad in North Dakota about this man... I sure hope he's not called into our State convention.
