Comment: misleading headline

Standard operating procedure at Infowars. Don't get me wrong, Alex Jones' has been waking people up for years and I appreciate what he does. I also couldn't care less about his motivations, whatever they may be.

The Kentucky Supreme court did not rule that highway checkpoints are illegal, but ruled that this one particular checkpoint, for a very particular reason, in this unremarkable little town, was illegal.

Not picking on you LL, but when you break down what actually happenned, it's just not that big of a story. Great for the citizens of Liberty, KY but it will have zero impact on unlawful searches anywhere else in the country.
