For those of you that liked this paradigm analysis...

Back in the 1980's, Joel Barker, a "Futurist" wrote a book called "Discovering the Future." He also made a short film about paradigms that was used by companies in training classes to get their people to be more open to new ideas. That's how I came across it. It was made in 1989 and may seem a little hokey today, but you'll get the idea. Barker uses the card deck example mentioned above and numerous other paradigm examples. My favorite is how the Swiss lost their centuries-old leadership position in watchmaking due to a paradigm shift.
