and let them know some of the delegates didn't show up. It might be due to jobs, or finances, or maybe lack of info? What ever the case, they need to inform someone so the alternates can step in?

The Robert's Rules made me go cross-eyed reading it, but there have been a number of posting for it here at the DP. A Search will give you the links and videos. Also, if HQ doesn't offer much help, grab one of your councilmen. They have to use it for every council meeting.

But definately call HQ in Baton Rouge first!
