County election boards (court house clerk's office) have registered voter information available for a small fee. The price for a precinct walking list has varied from five cents a printed page to $10.00 for county CD. More than likely one will pay $1.25 for one precinct. Ask for your options.

If you have to prioritize due to lack of time and supplies, statistics show infrequent voters are less likely to vote party lines. If you are not sure how to interpret the voter stats ask the clerk for help.

Independents
Infrequent Republicans
Infrequent Democrats
