Comment: Meet John R. Phillippe Jr. - RNC Attorney Trying to Block RP

"...an authorized representative of the presidential campaign that the delegate or prospective delegate professes to support should be allowed to confirm whether or not the delegate is an actual supporter." That part of the letter conjecture. Nowhere in the rules does it state this is w/in the purview of candidate oversight. I'm not sure the best way to reach out to Mr. Phillippe to ask for clarification, but this is some of the contact information that I found. You might want to reach out to him as well.
