what is amazing, is the IRS comes after your paychecks in foreign countries if your dual citizens.

Or born of a parent who is a dual citizen, and you had no idea you were a U.S. Citizen either.

Ask our boys and gals in Canada the BS the IRS is doing to folks who have never set foot in the U.S.
