How is the count always different here than other sites?

I'm from Canada but as a liberty lover I do follow closely the Ron Paul campaign since 2006.

I don't understand how the count here are always different than other web site.

Nevada has 28 delegates. This post claim Ron Paul got 25.

That's a huge difference, is there any "official" result? I would think big site like NYTime would get their source from there....
