That's what I have been discussing as well. Neverquit thinks that binding doesn't matter - but it does. At the state caucuses prior to the first convention floor session, the leadership is going to report their proportionality to the RNC, they are not going to take a poll of their delegates (that would be stupid first of all, and not required).
I think we have Maine, Louisianna and Minnesota. That means we need 2 more! We are going to do what we can in Missouri, but we do not have the numbers unless everyone shows up and some establishment-types do not - and some coalition work with the rogue-Santorum folks. So, don't count on Missouri at this point.
Iowa has a good shot. But I agree that a plurality will only be considered from caucus states. Just look at the cheating and push-back from national in those states - that tells you everything.
