Centralization is never the best answer

Right now a state gives all it's electoral votes to the candidate that wins it's majority. This ensures that states predominantly populated with voters with rural interests are allowed a rural voice.

The census and urbanization may ultimately destroy this fragile alliance between those whose hard labor produce the raw materials of basic needs and those who feel they are entitled to them.

But not by my hand will I destroy this country and adopt democracy: a proven route to tyranny.

I pledge allegiance to the Republic.

You want to work on voter representation? Demand all votes on paper and a video system that anyone can be an observer to.
