I say absolutely not. It's just one more thing the LSM will use to paint all Ron Paul delegates and The Man Himself as liars, cheats, criminals, etc. when the good Doctor "steals" the nomination from poor Mittens in August.
If there is literally no one else willing or able to be a delegate in that precinct/area, maybe...but I see far more downsides than upsides.
