I always find it odd when they use that kind of "reasoning"

to get protestors to leave.. Besides the obvious Constitutional breeches they've made, the silliness of their argument stands out.

I mean hell, they wouldn't charge a crash victim with causing traffic to back up because people slowed to see what was going on, would they?

I'm not responsible for people driving, if they slow down to look, that's on them.
