Subject to discipline...

"deemed appropriate by the house" JUST like most "laws and regulations" that pertain to our rulers. If an elite is caught doing ANYTHING wrong or breaking ANY law...it's always a friendly co-worker or some legislative body that is a part of the "system" who is charged with their "discipline".

Look up the corporate charters for JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs. Both have specific sections in their STATE CHARTERS that say "if any owner, director, board member, or associate is found to have committed a criminal act or is charged with fraud, those parties shall be immune to prosecution by any and all law enforcement or Federal officials.

Congress members are not required to even have insurance on their cars. They can get hammered and drive but claim congressional immunity. F'kin a holes sit and think up legislation and rules for US to follow but they ain't got to worry about JACK. Waivers out the ass too for anything else they want to do.
