most of south ID went in 1 round to Romney. It was Nampa, and anything north of Boise that had multiple rounds.

And yes, the system was designed by Romney supporting central committee members, though not likely in a completely biased way. It was mainly designed to be a winner take all system so that Idaho wouldn't get ignored any more for primary season like we were in 2008.

Talk to Rod Beck about the specifics of the rules for the Idaho presidential Caucus system. That was his baby.
