You'd think that, if there were a major announcement coming today, the media would have been alerted to a press conference and that--by this time of the day--we'd know about it. (If this fizzles, Wead owes each of us one beverage of our choosing.)
There's no way he was referring to yesterday's primaries. He was crystal clear in saying, "Next Wednesday, May 9, 2012, will be an important day."
