The 13th AMENDMENT

...Trumps your argument.
It SUPERCEDES the statutes that you refer to.
That's why the Constitution has AMENDments....

If this were not so we would all be forbidden beer,wine,whiskey...
...but we have amended the law prohibitting such, just as the
13th Amendment has amended the statutes that you quote.

Expatriate, means just that.
As far as "Dual-Citizenship" being commonplace and legal?..I would suggest you read the linked-to article...it makes sense....
