This is why I go batshit crazy when people on the DailyPaul start blaming voter fraud after every primary. No, it's just laziness. I was born in Ohio, went to college there but have lived in Orange County for the last 8 years and there are many reasons why I hate California.
If it weren't for the weather, my job, and the fact that I have a wife and 2 small kids I'd probably go somewhere else. There is a huge sense of entitlement out here, not to mention apathy and stupidity. I see almost no signs or banners of any kind for ANY candidate. Showing up to a Ron Paul rally is "cool" but voting is "lame" for these people.
People are too lazy to take 5 minutes to fill out the online voting registration form, print it out, and mail it in. My freaking uncle, WHO HAS A RON PAUL BUMPER STICKER ON HIS MERCEDES, probably won't do it either. And I sent him and my brother the link TWICE and said "Don't forget to register." Will they register? NOPE. They'll say "Ahhhh naaaww!!! I forgot!"
Pisses me off. Californians would rather get up and put on their stupid volcom baseball cap with the bill flat and turned upwards, their dumb 80's sunglasses, and head off to the tattoo parlor for their newest tattoo.
