My understanding is that if you click the link from DP google has no knowledge that you clicked it. But the site registers a click. That gets shown off to adverts and they give that site money to advertise because thier traffic that month increased 100k users.

If you notice on some of the other threads about Romney "gay" bashing. I said please click the link then go to google and search (whatever the thread or article was titled) or simply type in mitt Romney and find the article manually and click away.

Same thing with Pro Paul stuff.

That manual search is what increases the google search ratings. Also, my understanding is a lot of the search engines get thier rankings from google so they rank almost the same way. I don't know if that is true or not just what I heard.
