"If the campaign says it's good it must be good"
When I first read that, I thought you were being sarcastic, because that in itself is another logical fallacy.
It's an appeal to authority.
The campaign does not always make the right decisions, It is staffed by humans, humans are imperfect, and so is the campaign.
To bestow infallibility upon it is dangerous, and irrational.
