Not unless...

My understanding, when talking to our local election commissioner a couple of months ago, is that anyone who signed up to be a delegate would automatically move on to the county convention unless their particular precinct had a lot of people sign up. In those cases (where there were more delegates registered than available slots), then yes, you would be voting for delegates BUT ONLY for those from your particular precinct. If you are not in a precinct that has too many delegates, then you will not be voting for delegates in today's primary.

I know that in my precinct, there was hardly anyone registered, so I've got my calendar cleared for the county convention, since I should automatically be moving on!
