Comment: Final big idea

Ron has asked us to support the campaign in a final money bomb on May 17th.

If you want to make a point, you can of course send money to the campaign on May 17th and that would be a fine thing. Ron has asked for us to do this, so no argument here.

On the other hand, if you wanted to make a really visible point, instead of a Money Bomb, we could throw a gigantic Money Bonfire.

Before you give it a thumbs down, think about it. If we send wads full of $1 bills (I'm thinking maybe $1-2 million dollars) to a safe location where we can invite the press to witness an act of defiance aimed in protest against the profligate spending of the Fed and proof that we will not support Romney or Obama, we'd rather burn our money than support them.

This would make headlines worldwide. A protest against the destruction of our currency and a protest against the con game being played with the so-called "frontrunners".

If anyone wants to start a new thread with just this idea, be my guest. I've had it.
