avoid all gluten if you can. It's difficult because they try to slip into just about everything they can.
I started to notice how I felt after eating some "whole wheat" bread. I felt sickly and I felt the urge to eliminate within minutes. It's like your body is telling you, get this the hell outta here.
Not to mention, having 6,8, and even 10 bowel movements a day. I know it's not a pleasant subject but, was a reality for me. Luckily, I work from home.
Also, my acid reflux has gone away. I was taking nexium and/or tagamet twice a day. The PPI's are exceptionally bad because of acid rebound.
I tend to stick to meat and veggies.
