State and local laws which elect delegates and their rules...

There are penalties that may result depending on the local and state bylaws in regards to being a delegate which could cause certain delegates to lose their delegate status. Know the facts before believing anyone on what they are 'reporting' because there is no better protection then knowing your own local & state rules/bylaws and making an informed decision. These laws are binding, and they might cause some who vote conscience in the first round to possibly lose their delegate status and in turn be replaced by an alternate delegate on the second round of voting (if necessary). If the Ron Paul delegates do not have a 2/3rd majority it will be difficult to get many favorable laws at the RNC level, but regardless each delegate is bound by their local and state laws in respect to being a delegate. Whatever is done, there needs to be a clear strategy, and just throwing out the rules that elected the delegates is just plain CRAZY, it will not happen without certain delegates being penalized.
