I feel your pain. Something that really helped me was whyquit.com.
When you quit smoking, it changes your blood sugar levels a lot. It's important to drink juices and stuff, the website explains it all. I don't have all the answers to make your life easier right now, but I just want to say good job! I admire you for doing this. Sometimes when you are struggling, you will find it's just a bad day, and right when you're at the point of giving up but you stick it out, it improves drastically. Slug through it one hour at a time, sleep all you can, and the sun will come out brighter than you've ever seen it. ALL the best to you! I hope you start feeling better quick! :)
