Comment: This bill is dangerous

This is a slippery slope. Who's to say what a person's motives are for an abortion? This would just make doctors more hesitant to perform any abortion (which I'm sure was the intent of the author.) I believe that government (federal or state) has no role in regulating abortion, let each individual make that decision. But if you want to end abortion, amend the constitution, don't try to pass petty bullcrap like this.
